• Check Ltdb state , must be configured
• Check Latome status ( must be Atlas firmware and good BCR)

• Check that the clkdes scan is up to date (done after last power cycle), if not redo the scan
• If the issue is still here, contact expert

• Restart it

• Restart Felixcore
• Restart OpcUaSca

Some Ltdbs are not online

• Kill Felixcore
• Kill OpcUaScaServer
• start Felixcore
• start OpcUaScaServer
