Installing the Trigger Supervisor Software

Documentation on the Trigger Supervisor software can be found here http://www.triggesupervisor.cern.ch .

In a nutshell:

• Install the and compile Xdaq coretools and powerpack.
• Download the trigger supervisor instalaltion script

[u@h ] > wget http://triggersupervisor/uploads/installme.pl

• Set up the cvs and the oracle environments:

[u@h] > export XDAQ_ROOT=<path_to_XDAQ_ROOT>
[u@h] > export CVSROOT=:kserver:isscvs.cern.ch:/local/reps/tridas
[u@h] > source /etc/hepix/oracle_env.sh
[u@h] > setoraenv -s 10201
[u@h] > perl installme.pl l1ts-20061006
