The following plots all have Rechit time vs Energy on the left, MET tail distribution plots in the middle, and low MET detail plots on the right. Color coding is identical in the plots.

Here the cuts are not centered properly, note the effect on MET distribution particularly for the tight window cuts

Here the cuts are centered better, although still not perfectly
