1. Why is login to lxadm not possible from lxplus ?

1. Where are the directories such as /software/packages ? need to go to cdbserv for this

Template updates

1. What are the steps in order to update a template
   1. cdbop on lxadm
   2. get the template . example get prod/customization/des/twiki/config
   3. update - this updates the files changed.
   4. commit - this can take some time
   5. ssh to the machine that will use the tempale
   6. spm wrapper

Machine Reboot

1. What happens when a machine reboots, what gets changed? only things in the template
2. Can I set-up a test machine to use an existing template for test purposes? yes see machine profiles in cdbserv
