This is not a shower shape that is used in the actual selection of photons, however it is used to make a cut on all available particles.

The definition is:

"The ratio of the energy deposited in the strip layer of the electromagnetic calorimeter versus the total energy deposited in the calorimeter" (Don't know for sure this is true)

This variable is defined the the D3PD's, and has the name "ph_f1".
