macro_append cppflags " -pg "

to your requirements file of the package

recompile it from scratch.

set the LD_PROFILE variable to your library name before you run, in my case it was:

export LD_PROFILE=libtthAnalysis.so

run athena.

at the end of the run you should have some .profileblabla file in /var/tmp/

and then (I think) do:

sprof /var/tmp/.profileblabla

try: sprof --help
