Analysis approvals

A new addition to the present system is that the notes should be announced to the note committee about 30 days before seeking approval. This is to allow to search for referees in time for the note since sometimes this takes more time than expected. Note submitters may also suggest one or two potential referees for their notes. Six notes are now scheduled for approval during CPT week. For any envisaged additional approvals: please submit your requests NOW!
