Trigger in DPD

Minimum functionality = "Did this trigger chain name fire, was prescaled, was passthrough?"

To get this we can clear the navigation vector in the L2 and EF result objects. We need to check that TrigDecisionTool does not crash, but this should be feasible. How can we do this in the DPD making?
