Early notification to my international travelers: A new form is scheduled to launch this Friday, January 15, and will be mandatory by the following Friday, January 22. Currently you fill out three forms; the travel authorization, presidents approval, and export license All of this will be condensed into one form. Procurement/Travel encourages you to sign the form electronically and send by email. Send it to me, I will still handle the signatures and distribution of your travel form.

The form should be found on the Travel page of the Procurement Management website. It’s not there yet. http://www.utdallas.edu/procurement/departments/travel/
