De- / reactivation of misalignment

Added the possibility to de- and reactivate the misalignment in Alignable (methods deactivateMisAlignment and reactivateMisalignment). Movements will only happen for AlignableDetUnits; AlignableComposites will forward the calls to their components.

In the current release GloballyPositioned objects (and therefore DetUnits) support only relative movements (move and rotate). The two methods have been stabilised numerically, but one has to be aware that the positions of the DetUnits might vary slightly between iterations.

A special track refit algorithm (TkMisalignmentSwitchingRefitter) has been added which will deactivate the misalignment for all elements in the AlignableTracker before reconstructing. This algorithm is intended for use with the fast tracker simulation alias "particle gun".

TrackResidualTest

New validation program for standard track reconstruction. Summarizes efficiency, fake rate, track quality, residuals and pulls for non-electron tracks using the standard efficiency and fake rate filters. Can be used with OVAL, provides a printed summary and histograms as function of eta and pt.
