Added the possibility to de- and reactivate the misalignment in Alignable (methods deactivateMisAlignment and reactivateMisalignment). Movements will only happen for AlignableDetUnits; AlignableComposites will forward the calls to their components. Uses the new setPosition method of the DetUnit .
