QCD estimation
Comparisons between different QCD MC. The First plot is a combination of pythia 106059 (bb) and 108405 (cc) and the second is pythia 105757
Problem with the signal normalisation, about 4% more data than MC

Plots for non isolated muon with harsh anti isolated selection to other muon. Following plot shows sum Ptcone40/pt > 0.3 for plots one and two and Ptcone40/pt > 0.11 for three and four

Correlation Factor for OS: 0.0800516.

With the 0.3 harsh anti-isolation cut applied to the other muon. Plots before

After
TFractionFitter applied but before the final normalisation is applied. First plot shows the heavy and light flavour contribution, the second shows the dataOS minus the light flavour and the heavy flavour MC normalised to unit area.
The following plot is again after
TFractionFitter has been applied but the normalising to unit area is done with the light flavour included.
Normalisation was previously incorrect. (Fraction was upside down)
Same plot as previous link but with varied anti-isolation cuts (0.3, 0.37, 0.43 and 0.5 on pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively)
ABCD Method
