Subject: Scandinavian request for site qualification

Dear Nobu and Tony,

The Scandinavian cluster has so far produced 4 modules with accompanying
documentation for the SQ. We are now in the process of producing a fifth
module. We would like to see that the official SQ process gets started
as soon as possible, and hereby request that the procedure starts. Our SQ
documentation can be found on

PS Some difficulties to reach the web page have been encountered when
using some older netscape versions. This can be 'fixed' by disabling the
use of 'style sheets' following the netscape menu:  
edit-->preferences-->advanced and disabling the 'Enable Style Sheets'
option. The problem will be corrected as soon as possible.
