ARRANGEMENTS FOR SHIPPING MODULES TO UK          (March 31st 2004)

Please take this note as definitive for the procedures requested by
UK-B for shipping and import of Barrel Modules for macro-assembly.

 We request that you do indeed ship your modules to UK as soon as
possible, and do so according to Janet's plan (that you received some
weeks ago) that indicates specific numbers, in each case, of modules
classified for barrel B3, and separately for barrels B5/B6.

 They are to be addressed to Oxford, to the ATLAS Group, via the inward

 The procedures for USA and Japan Clusters are to go according to Martin
Gibson's previously sent e-mail instructions (except for the amended
address given above). Internally within UK-B there will be a RAL
responsibility through Martin to check the integrity of deliveries at
Oxford, at least during the initial period of inward shipping, to ensure
that correct procedures and assurances are carried out for the received
goods. We will then keep these procedures under review.
