Aluminum thickness is 50 microns, kapton thickness is 25 microns (in single layer). Cables are about 1.6 m long. First tests have shown that bending radius of these cables may be less than 1 cm. We intend to make a second iteration with a design of lines defined on http://merlot.ijs.si/atlas/low_mass.html. We expect to produce and deliver in the next iteration about 10 cables for forward tests (delivery to Tony Smith) and about same for barrell (delivery to Gareth Moorehead). Cables will be suited for MOLEX 20 pin connectors.
