Change of shift arrangements

Due to shortage of people in the latter part of the run, we decided at the run meeting of Wednesday 8th to change to two long shifts per day, with no over-night component, viz: 06 - 16 and 16 - 02. This reduces the requirement for people by half and eliminates full night shifts while losing a small fraction of beam time.

Instructions for the evening shift: Try to arrange the last scan to finish between about 01:00 and 02:00. If there remains about 2 or 3 hours, use a reduced TBSpecial(nevents) for the last scan instead of TBBiasPoint(), remembering to set bias voltages manually with TBSetBias(v1,v2,v3). I've tried to arrange for the last scans to be of lower priority. When the last scan finishes, ramp down HV, LV off, leave SCTDAQ running, leave chillers on. Make one last check of the zone from outside the fence, noting temperatures of boxes and chillers.

Instructions for morning shift: As soon as you arrive, Ramp HV UP and switch LV on. Check carefully the leakage currents and temperatures for a few minutes (DCS->Log). Use TBSetBias(vunirr,virr,v308) to set the biases for the next scan. Watch temperatures and currents making sure all are stable. Start a scan with TBBiasPoint(vunirr,virr,v308) after at least 20 minutes has elapsed from the time bias was first ramped. Take a single reference run of 10000 events with Qthr = 1.5. Continue the program.
