Introduction
This page will contain the tasks for the TRT High Threshold Calibration with Test Pulse. Resources, progress, and methods will also be listed on this Twiki. Go to
Atlas.TrtDAQ#Documentation for more general documentation. For calibrating the low threshold, see
Atlas.TrtHardwareCalibration.
Plots will be placed on the website:

Tasks
Importand to know:
Work towards completing calibration:
- Plot the occ for the high threshold scan to check the distribution. i.e. find what function best fits the 50% occ point.
- Figure out how to get numbers in occupancy rather than edge-rate.
- Two guesses for the best-fit function are probably a straight line, or an inverse error function (like low threshold).
- Write a script to fit the function over HT calibration scan.
Future work:
- Scan over various test pulse values to see how/if the gain changes over different voltages due to radiation exposure.
- Compare equalization results with particles (Narei's project) once the detector comes back online.
