To start TDAQ - go to directory :

>cd /home/rod4/tdaq

>source setup.sh

Inside the TDAQ --> Boot --> Initialize --> Configure --> RUN

All have to become green, some warnings are allowed.

To start the LARg.Pannel press the buttun "Load Pannels" in th left upper corner, choose "LARg.Pannel.MasterPannel" and inside the "Data verification"

To setup injector clock reset connect to largrod3.unige.ch

>ssh -XY root@largrod3NOSPAMPLEASE.unige.ch

go to same directory:

>cd /home/rod4/tdaq

start the script injsetup.sh

> source injsetup.sh

After the TDAQ is crashed or you restarted it, important to kill app remaining processes:

> source killTDAQproc

If some processes did not like to be killed by script, one needs to kill them manually.

In case there are errors, they will be dumped to DataVerify_2014.err file - located in /tmp folder and will be rewritten every time.
