Integration Tests Commander (xdaq application)

This xdaq application takes care of building the proper commands for the xdaq Test Supervisor. It has a graphical user interface (GUI) based on ROOT that can be used in a friendly way to start a test and display the results. It can also use be used to choose basic configuration parameters. The GUI runs in a thread and can at any moment be killed by shutting down the window and pressing the UnloadGui button in the IntegrationTestsCommander's web page.
