Recipe

Step1: Set up CMSSW environment

source /uscmst1/prod/sw/cms/setup/cshrc prod (at Fermilab LPC only)
kserver_init (at Fermilab LPC only)
setenv SCRAM_ARCH slc5_amd64_gcc462
scram project CMSSW CMSSW_5_3_8_patch1
cd CMSSW_5_3_8_patch1/src/
cmsenv

Step2: download VplusJets parckage from git server. If you don't have the permission, only need clone the codes(1a.).

1a) git clone git@github.com:zixu/ElectroWeakAnalysis.git
2b) cd ElectroWeakAnalysis/
3c) git remote add upstream git@github.com:zixu/ElectroWeakAnalysis.git
4d) git fetch upstream
5e) cd ..

Step3: download JetSubstructure from git server. If you don't have the permission, only need clone the codes(1a.).

1a) git clone git@github.com:nhanvtran/JetSubstructure.git
2b) cd JetSubstructure/
3c) git remote add upstream git@github.com:nhanvtran/JetSubstructure.git
4d) git fetch upstream
5e) cd ..

Step4: compile the codes:

1) scram b -j 9

Please use ttbsm_cfg.py here:
