Agenda
1. Approval of minutes and agenda

4. Next meeting and topics
Minutes (DRAFT.rev)
1. Approval of minutes and agenda
The minutes were approved and the agenda was accepted.
WW was supposed to have a meeting today concerning the AMS cryogenic installation, but they did not show up. Anyway the installation is not designed for lHe, so it cannot be used by us.
The mobile ultrapure water particle counter is agreed to be mutually funded by the users.
2. Sequence of LHC cavity repair - equipment avaibility and responsibilties
WW gave a presentation.
3. Matters arising and pending - Round Table tour
Refurbishment of SM18 test place:
BV mentioned that the amount of metal to be cooled down should be mentioned.
MP: Helium consumption for HIE Isolde tests probably 10 W, compared to Quadrupole resonator approx 2 W.
BV: Actuall transfer losses of approx. 10 g/s could be reduced to approx. 0.5 g/s. Duration of repair work 2-3 months.
OB: Refurbisment of high pressure rinsing equipment could cost up to 200 kSFr. If used for LHC cavities is open. Status of the equipment needs to be known.
MP: Fabrication of tuner for HIE Isolde in progress. First prototype should be ready in the first week of June.
WP: Complete stop at Asakusa cavities, because fabrication in industry exceeds the budget. Solution needs to be found, perhaps manufacturing at CERN.
SRF workshop in September in Berlin. MP will give a talk about HIE Isolde. TJ will give a talk about caharacterisation of superconducting samples by RF methods. WP or DB will also give a talk.
4. Next meeting and proposed agenda
The next meeting is planned to be held in 8 weeks 13th of July. The proposed agenda will be communicated later.
