General information

The SGTOP ntuples shown in the tables below are classified by data or MC samples, and then the later grouped in different processes. The MC samples have been produced with AnalysisTop-21.2.181, using the SingleTopAnalysis package. Each entry in the tables corresponds to a different TOPQ derivation (see TopDerivationMC16aList), thus the same DSID may be available for different MC16 campaigns or simulation type (i.e. full simulation (FS) or the fast simulation (AFII)).

Data samples are available for TOPQ1-5 in super-containers which only contain runs listed in the GRL: MC16 production campaigns of the ATLAS MC Production Group: Note that a proper pile-up reweighting is very important in rel. 21 in order to correct normalise MC distributions to the relative pile-up profiles in the 2015+2016 (MC16a/b), 2017 (MC16c/d), 2018 (MC16e/f) distributions. More information here: TopPileupReweightingFilesMC16.

The Status column shows the details of the current status of the MC production. Additionally, there are symbols in front of the status to provide extra information:
  • The symbol Processing, transparent is shown when the ntuple is either in submitting, registered or running status.
  • The symbol Bug is shown when the AnalysisTop release used by the user is not the proper one. Note that this can be done on purpose! Contact the production team in case of doubt: atlas-phys-top-sgtop-prod@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch.
  • The symbol Remove button, small is shown when the ntuple may contain duplicated events.
  • The symbol Question is shown if the corresponding input dataset is unknown.
  • The symbol Stop is shown if the pile-up reweighting information is not yet available.
  • The symbol Warning, important is shown if a task is broken due to no scout jobs succeeded. This usually means that after the job has considered all the excluded GRID sites, there are no sites with the complete input dataset. A quick solution is to request a input container replication (for example into a SCRATCHDISK). One has a link to do the R2D2 form in the details that can be roled out from each sample name in the tables below.
  • The symbol Bomb is shown if a dataset is either not replicated on any SRE, just replicated on a SCRATCHGROUPDISK or not fully replicated on a LOCALGROUPDISK.
Usefull information on the differences between p-tags and on how to request new samples can be found in the TopDerivations twiki page.
