This wiki page is intended to describe a general secondary vertex finder based on VKalVrt vertex reconstruction package.

Introduction

VrtSecInclusive reconstructs all secondary vertices in event. For the moment the output is written into the VertexFull class (other output classes will be available soon). After work of the VrtSecInclusive algorithm a VertexFullContainer with name VKalSecVrtCollection is present in TES.

CBNT variables

NVrtS	Total number of reconstructed secondary vertices
SVrtX	X of secondary vertex
SVrtY	Y of secondary vertex
SVrtZ	Z of secondary vertex
SVrtNtr	Number of participating particles
SVrtChg	Total charge of all particles in vertex
SVrtPx	X component of total momentum
SVrtPy	Y component of total momentum
SVrtPz	Z component of total momentum
SVrtCh2	Chi2 of vertex
SVrtMass	Vertex mass assuming all particles are pi's
testLam	Vertex mass for Lambda hypothesis
testK0	Vertex mass for K0 hypothesis
testEE	Vertex mass for gamma conversion hypothesis
ImpR	XY impact parameter of summary track with respect to primary vertex
ImpZ	Z impact parameter of summary track with respect to primary vertex
