Shift Leader Tutorial

• I participated a tutorial to be the ATLAS shift leader.

• Only lecture (no hands-on-excercises...)
• Basically a shifter is assigned for each system (SLIMOS, DCS, Run Control), but shift leader should know how the systems work and what should be checked.

     • skipped this because I know very well about it.
• After this lecture, I have to take 3 shadow-shifts with well-trained shift leader to know actual shif work.
