Target: establish the same situation which we saw on two weeks ago (28th April).
constant TGC ROD busy was asserted when the rate of random trigger was around 40kHz.
this might be a back pressure from ROS (probably mulfunction of ROS PC)

some TGC RODs asserted the BUSY, but the stopless drop machinery didn't work correctly.
the pop-up windows were shown to mask the RODBusyModule input, but it didn't work correctly.
I checked the status of TGC RODBusyModule using TGCrodBusy command on sbc-tgc-rcc-ecc-02.
the corresponding channels were not masked after clicking the pop-up window.
same problems were observed on MDT MROD --> common package problem!
Mihai (RC Shifter) called the expert who changed the package (RODBusyModule) to investigate the problem.
14:00~: He reboot the process (OnlExpertSystem) to reset the functionality. --> OK
A run was started, but the L1 rate was around 50kHz. --> L1 Prescale Key was not changed correctly. --> Called Trigger on-call expert (Johan?) and changed it, then restart.
14:50~: run118501 started
BCID inconsistent at SFI (diff = 100, constant)
some events were truncated --> increase Vth to 200mV.
ROD status
C06: SSW:Rx Error State --> No error was shown in FE Monitor Panel.
C07: Too many hits in event --> probably this was the problem of truncated event --> fixed by increasing Vth.
16:30: suddenlly the LV was tuned off for C09 --> Unknown problem for Shikma...
17:00: changed the BCID offset on TGC ROD (between ROD and FE) from 3563 (0xdeb) to 3463 (0xd87) by hand
/det/muon/TGC/runConfigurations/AtlasGlobal.cfg
17:30: Time was over. Take the system to HLT people.
